Over a year ago, the Philadelphia Inquirer's Editorial Editor wrote a scathing rebuke to citizens asking for greater input in casinos. He called our efforts "depressing." He used all the tired expressions -- "done deal" and "that train done gone and left the station."
Well the train has backed up and is shifting into reverse.
